1. Do you ship olive oil year-round?
Yes. We ship year-round and take extra care during warmer months to protect your order.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and are shown at
checkout.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on orders over $75.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
5. What if my order arrives warm?
Olive oil is heat sensitive. We recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery. Heat exposure alone does not affect quality unless extreme or prolonged.
6. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at select farmers markets. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll coordinate details by email.
