Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Because our items are food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
