If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We ship olive oil year-round and take extra care during warmer months to protect your order.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and are shown at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Olive oil is heat-sensitive — please bring packages inside promptly after delivery. Brief warmth does not affect quality unless exposure is extreme or prolonged.

Local pickup is available at select farmers markets. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll coordinate by email.
